Export Control Compliance Policy Statement

It is a basic policy of Nocpix, including all its branches and offices, to fully comply with applicable export control and economic sanction laws and regulations, including but not limited to those of China, the United States, and the European Union.

Nocpix has established and implemented a Trade Compliance Program, with specific requirements as follows:
– All products and technologies shall be classified in accordance with applicable export control laws and regulations before obtaining necessary export control licenses;
– Strict due diligence and screening shall be performed on clients, suppliers, and other business partners during business operations;
– All transactions shall comply with regulations regarding destination countries and regions to which products or technologies are sold;
– Immediate measures shall be taken and transactions shall be terminated if it is believed that the products, technologies, or services involved might be used in or for the development or manufacture of weapons of mass destruction, unauthorized military equipment, or any other end-uses prohibited or restricted by applicable laws and regulations, which may threaten the peace and stability of certain countries or regions, or be transferred to terrorist organizations.

Nocpix has established a compliance management system to ensure the effective implementation of its Trade Compliance Program. The Risk Control and Compliance Committee oversees trade compliance strategy, policies, procedures, and organizational implementation. The Committee also reviews and decides on major trade compliance matters. The Trade Compliance Office formulates specific policies and procedures, conducts compliance vetting for potential risks, and leads compliance awareness and promotion. Business Compliance Officers and Compliance Representatives in all branches are responsible for implementing relevant compliance requirements in their respective operations and functions.

Nocpix has developed and issued trade compliance management guidelines, enhanced its record-keeping system, strengthened employee training on export control knowledge and skills, incorporated trade compliance performance into organizational and individual evaluations, and conducts internal assessments and audits as necessary.

Nocpix requires all employees to comply with applicable trade compliance laws, regulations, and the company’s internal compliance program, making every effort to achieve Nocpix’s trade compliance objectives. A reward and penalty system has been established for this purpose: employees who contribute to compliance efforts will be rewarded, while those who violate regulations will be held accountable. Employees suspected of illegal activities will be subject to legal liability in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Nocpix routinely reviews and updates this Statement to ensure continued compliance with the latest legal and regulatory requirements.
